This panel discussion will address developments in class action litigation, including class arbitration waivers, PAGA (and Williams v. Superior Court), good practices in preparing a trial management plan post Duran in wage and hour class actions: sampling, surveys, and statistical implications, and issues in approving class action settlements.

Subsequently, Mr. Hayden was a partner at RGLawyers LLP where he practiced for over six years representing both employees and companies in employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, and employment litigation. Mr. Hayden is currently of counsel at EzerWilliamson Law.
