Tagore O. Subramaniam, Senior Associate Attorney
Tagore Subramaniam is a Senior Associate Attorney at Matern Law Group, PC.
Mr. Subramaniam’s practice involves representing individuals in all aspects of litigation. He has experience in both class action and single-plaintiff disputes. He has successfully litigated and favorably resolved class actions on behalf of thousands of employees, as well as cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Mr. Subramaniam received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles where he was awarded the Regents Scholarship. He graduated from UCLA summa cum laude and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining Matern Law Group, Mr. Subramaniam worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
At Matern Law Group, PC Mr. Subramaniam manages an active caseload regularly arguing motions and taking depositions in California state and federal courts. Mr. Subramaniam has filed briefs before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the National Labor Relations Board. Recently, Mr. Subramaniam certified a class of over one thousand factory workers. He has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of California workers against the state’s top defense firms. Recently, Mr. Subramaniam settled cases for $3,750,000.00, $1,750,000.00, $1,500,000.00, and $950,000.00, pending Court approval. His cases have been featured by Time, CNN, Law 360, and other publications.
