Biography:

Andrew J. Sokolowski is an Associate Attorney at Matern Law Group, PC.

Andrew J. Sokolowski’s practice involves representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation. He has experience with single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts. Mr. Sokolowski has handled wage and hour class actions regarding unpaid overtime, unpaid minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, unpaid expense reimbursements, and employee/independent contractor misclassification. He has been part of two trial teams in certified class actions involving thousands of employees.

Mr. Sokolowski has also represented employees in harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases.
