I’m Matthew Matern. I’m the founding attorney of the Matern Law Group. The importance of workers rights in the country has been, unfortunately understated.
The United States had its best growth when it treated workers fairly; when it paid workers well; when it gave workers benefits. I do believe it is a privilege and an honor to represent somebody in a situation where they have been harmed greatly.
We’ve litigated over 200 sexual harassment cases over the last 20 years. One of the cases we were involved in the Pantoja v Anton case, is the leading case for me too sexual harassment in the state of California and it ended up being one of the most important appellate cases in employment law in the last 10 years.
The reason that our firm is so great at litigating these cases is that we’re persistent, and we just don’t leave any stone unturned.
Well i had three older brothers growing up, so i had to learn how to fend for myself in difficult circumstances and i don’t back down easily from a fight.
