Ms. Eiler has been part of the California legal industry since 1980. Over the course of her career, she has had the good fortune of collaborating with a diverse group of lawyers and law firms. From a solo personal injury plaintiff practice to a mid-sized boutique real estate firm to a large civil defense litigation law firm, she has gained a wide range of skills, expertise, and knowledge.
Throughout the years, Ms. Eiler has also had the opportunity to work alongside law firm partners as they established their own practices. From locating office space and negotiating leases to recruiting and training staff and ensuring all necessary business systems are in place on day one, she has developed a proven process to ensure a smooth transition into a new private practice.
In addition to her legal career, Ms. Eiler has continued to pursue her passion for community service. She believes that the skills developed and refined through leading and collaborating with fellow volunteers directly enhance leadership abilities in the private sector—each experience strengthening and complementing the other.

Legal cases can be lengthy, complicated, and confusing, but you don’t have to take on the system all by yourself. If you believe someone has violated your individual rights, or the rights of a large group of people in your community, we can help you find the right course of action.
