One of our Senior Associate Attorneys, Tagore Subramanian, will be speaking at the Beverly Hills Bar Association on July 19th, 2017.
He has successfully litigated and favorably resolved class actions on behalf of thousands of employees, as well as cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
This panel discussion will address developments in class action litigation, including class arbitration waivers, PAGA (and Williams v. Superior Court), good practices in preparing a trial management plan post Duran in wage and hour class actions: sampling, surveys, and statistical implications, and issues in approving class action settlements.

For approximately three decades, Mr. Hayden practiced at various large Los Angeles law firms, representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment disputes. Subsequently, Mr. Hayden was a partner at RGLawyers LLP where he practiced for over six years representing both employees and companies in employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, and employment litigation. Mr. Hayden is currently of counsel at EzerWilliamson Law.
