Gallagher v. Lionsgate
We are formally representing author Peter Gallagher for protection of his work and book against Joss Whedon and Lionsgate, whose movie “Cabin in the Woods” allegedly copies Mr. Gallagher’s work. Our client claims Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard took the idea for The Cabin in the Woods from his 2006 novel The Little White Trip: A Night In the Pines. He’s suing for copyright infringement.
