Deanna Leifer
Biography
Ms. Leifer’s practice involves representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation. She handles both class action and single-plaintiff lawsuits in state and federal court. Ms. Leifer has extensive experience litigating wage and hour class actions involving claims related to overtime, meal and rest periods, misclassification, and other violations of California’s wage and hour laws. She also represents employees in sexual discrimination and harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
Ms. Leifer has handled all aspects of civil litigation—from case inception, law and motion, discovery, and settlement negotiations—through final resolution.
