Biography
Mr. Gordon also has significant experience handling wage and hour matters involving claims relating to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, misclassification, and unlawful wage statements. Mr. Gordon has handled all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through trial. He has successfully argued motions for class certification, motions for summary judgment, and cases before the Court of Appeal.
