Vanessa M. Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney at Matern Law Group, PC. Ms. Rodriguez’s practice involves representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation. Ms. Rodriguez has experience with both individual and class action lawsuits and has litigated cases in both state and federal court.
Ms. Rodriguez predominately deals with wage and hour class and representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest breaks, improper wage statements, the California Private Attorneys General Act, and unfair business practices. She also represents employees in individual actions, including actions involving harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
