A Micro Kitchen Attendant, on behalf of herself and other non-exempt California employees of a large on site food service company, filed a complaint against their employers for failure to: provide full, timely, uninterrupted, and duty-free meal breaks and rest breaks and pay premium payments for non-provision of compliant meal and rest breaks, reimburse employees necessary expenditures incurred in discharge of duties, compensate for all regular and overtime hours worked, maintain required records, and provide compliant itemized wage statements.
