
During his employment with a property management company, the plaintiff, a black, non-heterosexual, transgender person, alleges he was continuously subjected to egregious and offensive comments by his supervisor about his race, sexual orientation and gender identity. According to the plaintiff, a low wage, leasing consultant at the company, the supervisor not only directed offensive comments at the plaintiff, but also used offensive and derogatory language when referring to residents, family members and prior employees.
