Kevin Wallentine is an Associate Attorney at Matern Law Group, PC. Mr. Wallentine's practice involves representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation. Mr. Wallentine handles wage and hour class and representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, the California Private Attorneys General Act and unfair business practices. Mr. Wallentine also represents employees in cases involving claims for harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
