Neil M. Larsen is an associate attorney at Matern Law Group, PC. Mr. Larsen focuses his practice on representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation.
Mr. Larsen has extensive experience handling wage and hour class and representative action cases relating to claims for unpaid minimum and overtime wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, the California Private Attorneys General Act, and unfair business practices. Mr. Larsen also represents employees in cases involving claims for harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Matern Law Group, Mr. Larsen worked at several prominent law firms where his practice focused exclusively on representing employees and advancing workers’ rights. He has successfully helped to prosecute and resolve a wide range of employment cases for the benefit of employees.
Mr. Larsen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he participated in the Honors Moot Court program, contributed to the Journal of International Law, and represented indigent clients in wage and hour litigation at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center.
