Shooka Dadashzadeh is an associate attorney at Matern Law Group, PC. Ms. Dadashzadeh focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation, in which she represents employees in both individual and class action cases.
Ms. Dadashzadeh handles wage and hour class and representative actions involving claims related to overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and other wage theft claims. Ms. Dadashzadeh also represents employees in cases involving claims for harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
While attending law school, Ms. Dadashzadeh was awarded a Public Interest Certificate and Pro Bono Certificate for her dedication to public service.
